Announcing our April 2025 show...

The WAOS Chairman, Trevor Drury has announced today:

"I am very pleased to be able to announce that we have secured the rights to perform Anything Goes as our April 2025 show.

Because of where Easter falls, we are having to perform Anything Goes a little earlier than usual, so the dates for your diary for show week are Monday 7th April to Saturday 12th April 2025.

I am also pleased to announce that Nikki Mundell-Poole will be directing the show for us.

This is a great show, with music penned by Cole Porter. It is an updated version, revised in 2022, which has already won two Olivier awards, including Best Musical.

A quote: This 2022 Revision has twice as much dance music as the 1962 version and includes the hits "I Get a Kick Out of You," "You're the Top," "Friendship," "It's De-Lovely" and the title song, along with "Easy to Love," “Goodbye, Little Dream, Goodbye” and "Buddie, Beware."

Auditions will be in the coming November...I look forward to seeing you there"
