On Line Booking

Customers completing the form below may request seats for any performance. As soon as possible following receipt of your request, an email will be sent specifying seats which are available and which are being held for you and offering you the opportunity to purchase these tickets using PayPal. On receipt of confirmation of payment from PayPal, the tickets will be mailed to you. You do not need you own a PayPal account to make use of this service.

Please note there is a 50p per ticket service charge and a 40p per booking postage charge for on-line orders

To Order.

1. Enter your name, address, telephone number and email address on the form
2. Select the performance you require
3. Select the class of seat you require
4. Enter the number of seats you require
5. Enter any special requests – preferred row or seats if available Click here to view the Public Hall Seating Plan.
6. Any notes: e.g. If seats are required for Monday, Tuesday or Saturday Matinee please indicate if any are concessions and/or whether wheelchair spaces may be required.
7. Click on "Send Booking Request"

Terms and conditions

1. Using the online system will add you to our e-mailing list. This will ensure you receive advance notification of all our shows and public events. We will not use your details for any other purpose nor pass them to any third party. If you do not wish to receive this information please email us to this effect.
2. All sales are non-refundable. In some cases it may be possible to exchange tickets for a different performance providing there are tickets available.
3. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a performance all ticket money will be refunded on production of a valid ticket. However service charges, postage etc. cannot be refunded.
4. All sales are strictly on a first-come-first-served basis.

Note for customers with their own PayPal account.
If you have a PayPal account that is not associated with a debit or credit card there may be a delay in sending your tickets as PayPal use the regular banking system to collect your payment and this can take up to a week to clear. We recommend that to avoid this delay when ordering from us you either register a card for your PayPal account or select the "Pay with a debit or credit card" option on the Check Out page.
